Armature started with a belief that the relationship is the product.

Founder & CEO Lauren Kimball began her career at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, where the standard isn’t just hospitality, it’s anticipation. Knowing what clients need before they ask. Building trust before it’s tested. Being genuinely invested in the outcome, not just the interaction.

That orientation carried through two decades of building programs at enterprise scale, from National Geographic to enterprise clients at Epsilon to leading Oracle’s Digital Experience Agency, where Lauren’s team delivered an industry-leading client satisfaction rate while running programs for global brands in retail, financial services, luxury, and hospitality.

When it was time to build something of her own, clients didn’t need convincing. Armature exists because those relationships, earned through years of delivering outcomes, staying invested, and telling the truth even when it is complicated, are the most durable assets in this industry.

The name is intentional. In sculpture, an armature is the hidden internal skeleton, the framework that gives the finished work its structure, strength, and proportion. Nobody sees it when the work is complete. But without it, nothing stands. That’s what we build.
